The ASSOS Equipe RS S9 bib shorts were developed in cooperation with racers of the highest level and come from a completely new design concept. The points of elasticity, protection and stability were at the top of the list. The " butterfly insert" is a novel concept, a special cut and seam construction of the pants. It completely encloses the legs and converges at the back to form the ergoBox structure. Here, the advanced Type.441 material is used, which gently wraps the legs and provides compressive support.

Secondly, ASSOS has developed the rollBar for the Equipe RS S9, which is based on the stabiliser of a race car. The beams thus become the stabilizer of the butterfly insert and compensate for the body and weight shifts in curves and during the kicking movements. The straps are sewn directly into the hem above the insert and are made of an elastic stretch material on the back, while a more flexible material with antibacterial carbon fabric has been processed on the front to wick away moisture.

The chamois of the ASSOS bib shorts does well in hard racing use with even more performance. Its reduced surface saves weight, the superAir microShock foam with 3D waffle and the kraterCooler system promote air exchange. The insert is fixed in place by the patented horizontal stabilizer, which fits with the overall design concept.

Size Guide:ASSOS products are designed to fit the body of a cyclist perfectly. The cut of the products is anatomically shaped according to the ASSOS cut design philosophy AEPD. This means that ASSOS products perfectly surround and protect the body without constricting it when riding. ASSOS products are not very comfortable in the upright position - they stretch - and this is completely normal. So go into a bent posture like on a bike and feel how it " clicks" and the clothes now fit perfectly.
