- All clothing, parts and accessories will be sent in Australia Post satchels where applicable
- Our goal is to have your order sent within 24 hours of placement, with exclusions for the weekend and public holidays. For estimated transit times, please visit Australia Post's website. All orders are dispatched from postcode 3205 South Melbourne.
- If you receive damaged goods, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery to arrange replacement/refund/exchange
- We do not freight/ship Co2 or gas products. These items are only available for "Click & Collect"
When paying by credit card
You will provide credit card details and matching photo ID (Australian drivers license or passport) upon delivery of product.
If credit card credentials are different to photo ID supplied we reserve the right to decline your purchase and withhold handing over goods.
bikeNOW reserves the right to contact police immediately should we suspect any fraudulent activity via credit details or ID provided.
When paying by direct deposit
When paying via direct deposit, you must allow up to 2 days for payment to clear into our bank.
We cannot deliver your purchased item/s until funds have cleared, once cleared you’ll be notified to arrange a suitable drop off time that suits.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Customer may return Products for an exchange or store credit of the purchase price (not including initial shipping charges).
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Perishable goods such as food or magazines, gift cards, products that are of a sanitary nature (such as bib shorts), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases (such as lubricant or cleaners). Also any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Also any item that is returned to us more than 30 days after you have purchased it.
- The Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition.
- If the Product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement, repair, gift card or refund will be issued.
- Customer shall arrange for and pay return shipping expenses.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. - Sale items (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
