Preparation is everything on the Road Less Ridden
Once in a while it is good and necessary to escape from the monotony of life and embark on adventures that stimulate your mind and allow you to recover from the day to day grind. There's no better way than to do it on two wheels. And you'll be surprised to find out by just how much you can push yourself as well as your material.
The desire to live more on our bikes is certainly what has inspired some of our staff members in the past. From camping overnight on the Alpine Epic Trail on mountain bikes, to crossing Tasmania on gravel bikes, they've experienced some noteworthy adventures. The beauty in bikepacking is that it is for everyone. You can start on any type of bike; and it's you who decides just how far you want to go. Once emerged in the experience, you'll want more. Being prepared and having the right equipment is certainly part of the fun.
We'd like to share our knowledge with you on what is necessary and what's not when adventuring into your next trip.
